We had an amazing time at the Sabah Cultural Fest and the Cultural Heritage Village at the Museum while we were in Kota Kinabalau in May 2009. These fantastic events were some of the most colourful and photogenic activities of our visit to Sabah.
The Sabah Fest highlights the different cultures and traditions of many of Sabah's ethnic groups through dance, music, fashion and food. We visited the displays over a couple of days and attended the spectacular, unforgettable evening performance at the Sutera Harbour Resort. It is a photographers dream and really a must-see event if your are in Sabah around late April early May!
