Lunch with the Chai Family |
While in Miri we met numerous other cruisers and an amazing number of local people with whom we had tremendous fun and unbelievable experiences. It often felt like being on a "roller coaster ride" because something exciting and interesting was always happening. We jokingly began saying "Miri Madness!" because Miri had a magic and madness about it that we loved!

Very often we would "Ming It" with our cruising friends. This meant going to the Ming Cafe in town which is very popular with locals and tourists as they serve great curries.

In other words Miri was a Food Fest for us!
Hey Fran and Tom!
ReplyDeleteI dip into your blog periodically - are the dates on the articles right? (The most-recent (?) articles state 2009, yet the posting date is 2010.)
If it is right, I can empathise with the organisation. :)
Hi Andrew. Thanks for that. I am a bit behind with the posting but now how to correct the dates I'll gradually fix them up. Taa:) you prompted me to fix them! Fran
